No Carrier Available To Delivery” error in prestashop

Sometimes even after setting shipping options you may get “No Carrier Available To Delivery” error or just not displaying shipping on front end. Prestashop is very powerful system and there are lots of settings. Regularly such error means that one of options is not set.


The first step you need to do is open “Shipping” tab in your admin panel and verify that you have set “countries”, “default carrier”, “Billing” option and “Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges”. Then open Shipping >> Carriers >> select your current carrier and press it, you should see the following options, these are main options for your carrier

1) Verify that your carries status is active. Make sure that carrier is exactly the one you’ve added.

2) Make sure that you set correct regions for proper carrier: Countries, States, Counties, Zones.
Also it is important to know that if customer is not logged in, the default website address will be used to deliver(the one you point when installing)


3) Check your carrier group as customers may belong to different groups and it may affect misconfiguration.


4) Verify that you’ve set “price difference” option, you may access it by clicking Shipping >> Price Ranges
