OsCommerce 2.2 RC2a. I do not see banners in OsCommerce

The issue could be with the osCommerce installation dump. You will have to install the template locally and then on comparing osCommerce admin ‘Tools’->’Banner Manager’ settings add the banner manually. To be more specific you need to do the following:

 

1. Install the osCommerce template to your local server (Wamp, AppServ applications could be used). Open the osCommerce admin panel locally


2. Install the osCommerce template to your live hosting server and open the admin panel


3. Compare the ‘Tools’->’Banner Manager’ settings and copy the settings from the localhost installation to the live one.
